Clarendon Serviced Apartments has built a firm reputation in London for its exacting standards and commitment to delivering a high a level of service. As an independent London serviced apartment provider, unlike many other operators we own and manage our portfolio and consider our clients and guests very much an integral part of our company. We listen carefully to what our clients have to say to better understand their needs and when it comes to our guests we are all ears, after all its our guests who experience our serviced apartments first-hand often for a few weeks or months at a time.

As an established serviced apartment owner manager, Clarendon is different to other London providers and is often told we offer a breath of fresh air. Yes, price is naturally important, but  arguably more so is a guests welfare and the ability of a provider to support their words with actions. That means having a robust, tried and tested operational infrastructure and processes in place that deliver the highest levels of customer service and support time after time. This is what makes Clarendon stand out and why local and international businesses across a multitude of sectors continue to use Clarendon as their trusted London serviced apartment provider.

From the initial point of enquiry and Clarendon’s response times to a guests arrival and stay, Clarendon pays special attention to each aspect ensuring the booker and guest experience is trouble free and memorable.

As part of Clarendon’s continuing commitment to providing a choice of high quality serviced apartments across London our ongoing apartment upgrade program continues in 2012. Our family sized apartments in Wraysbury Hall have seen considerable upgrades including redecoration, renewal of sofas and the upgrade of Wifi broadband throughout, providing guests an even faster speed of service.

Clarendon House & Gardens in the leafy suburb of Kew have also been subject to major improvements with common areas upgraded, replacement of window dressings and for the added comfort of guests, blackout blinds fitted to all bedrooms. Many of the apartments have also had furnishing and soft fabric upgrades all TV’s have been replaced with new flat screen LCD TV’s.

And we’ve not stopped there! Clarendon’s serviced apartments in the City,  Minories are the latest apartments to go under the brush. Recently completed, all communal areas and apartments have been freshly redecorated throughout. Further developments are planned at the Minories before the end of the year which will see a new guest entrance and lobby area further assisting arriving guests.

Aside to the continuing upgrade program optional services are being developed by Clarendon. For an additional cost guests will be able to tailor make their booking by choosing add-on services to assist with immediate needs prior to and post arrival.
