Clarendon has launched a NEW improved website with added functionality, providing more ways for our clients and guests to search for their preferred serviced apartment in London. In addition to searching via the locations tab, we’ve introduced a scrolling carousel on the home page, which links directly to all Clarendon’s locations and property details.

For those new to London or uncertain of an apartments location, we have added ‘search by postcode’ and ‘interactive map’ functions to assist in finding a London serviced apartment closest to a particular address or place of work.

Book before January 2011 and beat the VAT increase!

Following the Chancellors announcement on the 22nd June 2010, from the 4th Janaury 2011 the standard rate of VAT will increase from17.5% to 20%. All bookings made with Clarendon Serviced Apartments on and after the 4th January will be subject to the increased tax level. However, there is still time to avoid the increase. If you know you have a forthcoming requirement for serviced apartments in London, all bookings made and paid for in full before the New Year are still subject to today’s VAT rate of 17.5%.

What’s more for bookings over 28 nights the remainder of the stay (providing there is no change of guest) is charged at the reduced level of 3.5%, after the 4th Janaury this increases to 4%.
