The Minories
In response to the growing demand for serviced apartments Clarendon purchased a new development at The Minories (City of London), in February 2006. The block has been developed to provide 14 modern and spacious 1 and 2 bedroom serviced apartments and opened in May 2006. This prime location is right in the midst of the world's financial centre and is just a 2 minute walk from both the London Underground and Docklands Light Railway (DLR).
Canary South
As well as Clarendon’s developments in the City, our apartment portfolio continues to grow rapidly in other key locations across London.
