Manning Place is a small development of nine 1 and 2 bedroom apartments set in a peaceful residential area just moments away from Richmond Park.

Each  serviced apartment is contemporary in style and furnished to a high standard. Accommodation is bright and spacious consisting of a lounge dining area, fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedroom. One bedroom apartments have separate bathroom with integrated shower.

Two bedroom apartments feature master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate shower room.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Manning Place when we came down to meet the family for a week in early January. A convenient Richmond location for a one week stay. Car parking too. An added bonus was the proximity of Richmond Park. We give a 4th star for this!

Lovely apartment in lovely Richmond. My family and I stayed at one of Manning Place Apartment for five days and loved every minute of it.
Good value for money, comfortable and quiet, beautiful location.
The only downside was probably a pretty old kitchen that didn’t actually fit the context of the rest of the flat, but at the end of the day…who cares? You have: dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, kettle, toaster, micowave and double oven. What more can you ask for?

Manning Place was a life saver for us! We were having considerable work done to our home which required us to move out for a good few weeks. With 2 young girls we needed a 2 bedroom apartment and space to move around. Having the second bathroom was great. The apartments are only a 5 minute drive from Richmond, 15 minutes on foot, which was great for us for local shopping. The Clarendon team were very accommodating and the couple of times I had a need to contact them were quick to respond my queries. I would highly recommend these apartments!!
