The service is of quality and high efficiency too as replacement of a brand new pan, urgent repair of hot water system and change of light bulbs were done upon requests almost immediately .|

I don't know if this was from a previous tenant or maybe it was coming through the ventilation. Also, it is a little noisy on that street. For the price, it was fine.|

I accommodated their request to show the apartment mid-week, causing a one-day delay in maid/linen/towel service, but I expected that. Don't know if maid staff forgot or if Clarendon policy not to provide additional shampoo/shower items mid-week for a week long stay, but if policy, should change it. Would save me the trouble of packing or buying items for such a short stay.|

And, it is not just for me . I saw few others having the same problem.
Please have boards with instructions and directions, if possible to assist the outsiders.
But, rest of the services like the cleaning and servicing, call center help desk were very good. For which one might like to choose to stay here again. :)

It was in an excellent location with easy access to London. The only negative comment would be the noise of the planes when using a certain runway. Perhaps double glazing would be helpful. I would certainly use it again.|

However at the time of summer rooms become really Hot in day and as well as in night and bit saffocating so need to open all the windows and doors and if opening windows then tubes disturbance will not let you sleep. Apart from this room services was good but again no black bean bags were provided to throw up your trash. Thank you|

However the carpet in bedroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival even tho I notified the booking agent Debbie that our baby has a dust allergy. The towel rail heated up to burn temperatures and both my husband and I burnt our hands so we eventually switched it off, mentioned to housekeeper and she said this was normal? The booking process was long and the agents always took a long time to respond to our emails, so not the slickest, easiest company to book with. Not enough towels supplied. Overwhelming chemical smell in lobby and apartment upon arrival.
Other than that the apartment is very well located and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
Just as a side note, we had mentioned we were travelling with an infant and loads of luggage so a ground floor apartment should have been allocated instead on upstairs as it was quite a mission lugging luggage and strollers up and down the narrow staircase.

|14-Jun-2013||08 CLARENDON GARDENS||Enjoyed the stay, the apartment is clean and (by in large)comfortable. It is my second time in that unit, and happy to stay in it in the future.
My only complaint is on the sofa seat and couch. These are well worn and not at all comfortable. I usually used the kitchen chairs rather than the sofa.
John - appreciate your comments re the lounge furniture. It's in our programme for renewal this August. This apart, good to hear you enjoyed your stay with us!
