How to make a booking online?

For stays between 7-28 nights and up to 12 months ahead you can book online with Clarendon. Simply select your preferred location, enter your travel dates and press search. Alternatively, if you are a returning guest or know the property name, you can search by apartment.  All apartments available for your requested dates will be returned and from here you are 2 minutes away from confirming your booking, just follow the onscreen instructions.

How far in advance can I make a booking?

You can book online up to 12 months ahead. We will consider reservations beyond 12 months, but you need to submit an email enquiry or phone the reservations team.

What are the minimum/maximum number of nights that can be booked online?

To book online there is a minimum stay restriction of 7 nights and a maximum stay of 28 nights. However subject to availability it is possible to book for longer than 28 nights however you need to contact reservations directly on 08443 75 66 65 or email enquiries@clarendonuk.com to check availability.

We may still be able to help if there is no availability online

In the event no availability is shown, alternatives may be offered which are based on geographical proximity to your original search. Naturally, if you would rather make your booking over the phone or have a group enquiry you would like to discuss then give us a call 08443 75 66 65.

How to make a group booking?

For larger group enquiries we may be able to offer a greater number of options which the website does not easily allow us to show. Please contact reservations by phone 08443 75 66 65 where a member of the team will be happy to discuss all the options that best fit with your needs.

Why can’t I always book online?

Occasionally we are unable to offer online availability at some of our smaller apartment buildings.  It could also be your length of stay does not meet the minimum stay requirement of 7 nights and maximum stay of 28 nights. This doesn’t mean to say we can’t help you, but you will need to contact us by phone so we can manipulate availability to accommodate your booking.

Not all availability is shown on this page so if you haven’t found what you’re looking for try completing a search on all locations using the search box in the top right corner of the screen. Alternatively please call reservations today 08443 75 66 65. We can often manipulate availability to accommodate your stay!

How will I receive my booking confirmation?

Shortly after making your booking online you will receive confirmation together with check-in details to the email address provided at the time of booking. In the event you do not receive this within 2 hours of making your booking, it is important you contact us as soon as possible. You should not assume your booking has been confirmed without a booking confirmation. If you need to amend your booking or talk to us about any aspect of your stay please call the reservations team 08443 75 66 65.   Our office opening times are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, closed UK Bank holidays. 

Are my personal details safe?

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of website users and will only use information provided through the website in accordance with our privacy policy and as otherwise set out on the website. We are committed to ensuring the security of the information we receive and protecting your privacy.  All personal information is protected by reasonable means and procedures, including being stored on secure servers protected by password and/or firewall systems. For your added protection all card transactions are subject to ‘verified by Visa’ and ‘Mastercard SecureCode’ requiring you enter a secure password to confirm your identity before the payment is approved.

How do I report a problem with the website?

In the event you experience technical difficulties with making a booking online, please contact enquiries@clarendonuk.com. During office hours, we are available online to assist with any queries you may have. Simply click ‘Chat online’ to the right of your screen. Alternatively you can submit your enquiry online. This will be answered promptly by the reservations team.
