Typically, a London serviced apartment is twice the size of an average hotel room (45m2 v 20m2), and afford guests a much greater level of comfort and space with the benefit of a separate bedroom, living/dining area and fully equipped kitchens that include washer dryer and dishwasher.
There are no hidden costs. Clarendon’s weekly rates (before UK VAT) include property management costs, utilities, council tax charges and weekly servicing. Broadband is also included and we even provide a complimentary welcome pack and toiletries to help our guests settle in.
